Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Which Trade Copier edition should I choose?
Local for accounts inside one NinjaTrader, LAN for different PCs on your network, Internet for machines outside it. Each edition includes everything in the one before it.
What is the 1-on-1 coaching?
Blockprint and Unplug Risk Reward plans include a one-on-one session to help you install, set up and learn to use the tool. It covers how the tool works, not trading advice or signals.
Is the Trade Copier available for platforms other than NinjaTrader 8?
No. It is available for NinjaTrader 8 only.
